I am a creator. I create sentences through the careful placing of words in certain orders. I capture moments through the click of a camera lens. And I transport listeners and viewers to a time and place through relaying news events.

When I am not writing articles or taking photos, I am reading old classics, knitting, visiting antique stores (as I love all things vintage), writing letters, and probably creatively writing some more.

 

To me, the written word is a powerful thing that has such a big impact. I also love to travel.  Having grown up as the child of an Air Force colonel, I have lived and traveled all over the world and thus have an inherent desire to experience different cultures. I was never seen without a pen and notebook in hand while I explored foreign streets with my family.
